A Short Story About
The Embodied Resilience Mastery Program

The Embodied Resilience Mastery Program is the culmination of over 20 years of work by Pierre-Etienne Vannier, designed to create courageous and vulnerable spaces for deep healing. Building on his teachers’ methods & traditions, led to the realization that he couldn't do it alone. He envisioned a world where qualified professionals could help people (and themselves) build resilience on a large scale, which is how this program was born.

This program is unique in its approach—it taps into the ancient wisdom and resilience stored within the body, a healing practice universal across cultures. It stands apart from the Western one-on-one model, emphasizing collective healing and reconnection with our nervous systems’ innate intelligence.

Originally designed for practitioners, the program now has participants from all over the world, including people from war zones, who build their capacity to support their own communities. Over time, it expanded into a Self-Mastery track for individuals seeking self-healing, without the intention to become a practitioner. Today, the program is also being implemented by organizations focused on mental health & community resilience, amplifying its impact even further.
