Return to Yourself

Set between the awe-inspiring mountains of Sinai &
the crystalline waters of the Red Sea, this is more than a retreat.

It’s a sacred pause.

A homecoming.

An invitation to soften, deepen & listen —
to the wisdom of your body, the voice of your nervous system & the truth of your soul.

Welcome to Seeking Sukuun

A 4-day retreat of somatic healing, embodied presence & soulful connection.

Whether you’re a facilitator or practitioner seeking to deepen your craft or you’re on a personal healing journey, this retreat offers a rare, once-in-a-lifetime space to unwind, unravel & reawaken.

Why ‘Sukuun’?

In Arabic, Sukuun means peace, stillness, serenity.

Not the peace that comes from avoiding life — but the kind you find in your bones after you’ve faced what’s inside, and chosen to stay.

This is a space for those ready to go deep.

To hold the light and the shadow.

To shed old layers and reclaim new ones.

To connect — to self, to others, to nature, and to what truly matters.a

An Invitation to Return to Your Natural State

About The Host & Lead Facilitator

Pierre-Etienne Vannier is a trauma-informed facilitator, somatic practitioner, and group process guide with over 20 years of experience leading organizational trainings and transformational spaces around the world.

His work brings together nervous system regulation, body-based healing, and deep relational presence—rooted in a commitment to collective liberation, personal responsibility, and spiritual remembrance. From grassroots communities to humanitarian organizations, his facilitation supports both individuals and groups in reconnecting to inner stability and embodied resilience.

Over the past several years, Pierre-Etienne has been called to hold retreat spaces across continents, guiding people into deeper relationship with themselves and the living world around them. But Sinai and the Red Sea hold a different kind of significance.

This is not just another retreat location. This land is sacred to Pierre-Etienne. It’s where he lives and where his heart rests.

And Seeking Sukuun: The Sinai Immersion is his first time bringing this work to the place he calls home—both spiritually and somatically.

Pierre-Etienne will be accompanied and assisted by experienced facilitators & practitioners from the Embodied Resilience Mastery Program.

In this immersion, he offers not only his experience—but his deep reverence for the land, the lineage of stillness, and the possibility of remembering what it means to belong.
